We’re proud to serve the Dallas community—not from a distance, but from within it. Our care teams live and work in the same neighborhoods you do, providing timely support with a neighbor’s touch.
We focus on more than symptoms. Our care plans are built to nurture comfort, preserve dignity, and support meaningful time together—right where your loved one feels safest.
Your needs don’t follow a 9–5 schedule. That’s why we’re available 24/7 with trained nurses, hospice aides, and on-call physicians.
We walk alongside caregivers too—offering emotional support, educational resources, and respite services to bring strength and calm in difficult seasons.
Hospice isn’t about giving up—it’s about choosing how to live. At Lifted Hospice, our mission is simple: helping people live life to the fullest, even when time is limited.

Hospice doesn’t directly administer medical care, but we assist in obtaining and setting up necessary medical equipment. We also supply essential medical items like bed pads and gloves, sparing patients and families the need to source them separately.

Facing a serious illness can stir up emotional challenges. Lifted Hospice embraces the complete well-being of our patients, offering therapy to address emotional concerns surrounding terminal diagnoses and end-of-life issues. We also have a dedicated clergy member for spiritual support.

Our hospice team supports family caregivers by providing insights into their loved one’s illness. We offer guidance and education regarding the care of specific disease symptoms.

Patients dealing with a serious illness may find daily activities challenging. Hospice aims to help with day-to-day care, including tasks like cooking, cleaning, personal grooming, restroom use, bathing, and home dental care.<span style=”background-color: var( –e-global-color-primary ); color: var( –e-global-color-accent ); letter-spacing: -0.2px;”></span>

We extend our services during temporary hospital stays to ensure patients receive the care they need.

In respite care, our team temporarily assumes the caregiver’s responsibilities to give them a much-needed break.

A terminal diagnosis often triggers strong emotions in patients and their families. Lifted Hospice offers specialized services to help ease the pain of loss, including grief counseling. These services remain available to the patient’s family for up to 13 months after the patient’s passing.

Definitely not. Hospice is about shifting the goal from treatment to comfort. It’s about focusing on quality of life, personal dignity, and making the most of each day.
Frequent ER visits, unmanaged pain, rapid decline, or caregiver burnout are all signs that hospice may be appropriate. You don’t have to make the decision alone—call us for a free conversation.
Our approach is shaped by our five core values, reflected in every interaction:
We don’t aim to do hospice the usual way—we aim to do it the Lifted way: full of heart, dignity, and clarity.
