Real Questions. Honest Answers. Compassionate Guidance.

We know hospice is unfamiliar territory for many families. Here are answers to some of the most common questions we hear in the Dallas area:

We serve the full Dallas metro and neighboring communities including Mesquite, Garland, Richardson, Irving, and more. If you’re not sure we reach your area, give us a call—we’ll confirm immediately.

We typically begin care within 24 hours of referral. In urgent cases, same-day service is often possible. Our goal is to prevent gaps in care and give families peace of mind quickly.

No—we care for patients wherever they live: private homes, assisted living communities, group homes, or independent senior housing. We adapt to you.

Yes. Our team is available 24/7—nights, weekends, and holidays. If you need help or reassurance at any hour, we’re only a phone call away.

Definitely not. Hospice is about shifting the goal from treatment to comfort. It’s about focusing on quality of life, personal dignity, and making the most of each day.

Frequent ER visits, unmanaged pain, rapid decline, or caregiver burnout are all signs that hospice may be appropriate. You don’t have to make the decision alone—call us for a free conversation.

Serving Carrollton and Nearby Areas

Our Plano office supports patients in Carrollton, Richardson, Garland, and surrounding communities. If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service area, just give us a call—we’ll help you find answers.
